These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CleoPrime's laundry and dry cleaning services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CleoPrime's laundry and dry cleaning services — whether through our store, WhatsApp, phone, or website — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
CleoPrime (operated by Sri Bhagwati Associates, GSTIN: 18AEHFS2310C1ZH) offers the following services at S.S Complex, S.J Road, Athgaon, Guwahati, Assam — 781001:
- Wash & Fold
- Wash & Iron
- Premium Laundry
- Dry Cleaning
- Express/24-hour service (subject to availability at outlet)
3. Garment Submission & Acceptance
3.1 All garments must be handed over with a proper count. CleoPrime will issue a receipt/order slip upon acceptance. 3.2 We reserve the right to decline garments that are heavily soiled, infested, or damaged beyond safe cleaning. 3.3 Customers are advised to remove all valuables (cash, keys, jewellery) from pockets before submission. CleoPrime is not responsible for any items left in garments. 3.4 Any pre-existing damage, stains, or defects must be disclosed at the time of submission. CleoPrime will not be liable for pre-existing conditions.
4. Turnaround Time (TAT)
4.1 Standard TAT: 2–3 business days depending on the service chosen. 4.2 Express 24-hour service is available at our SS Complex outlet for applicable services. For pickup & delivery orders, express service carries a 50% surcharge. 4.3 TAT is indicative and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen operational issues. CleoPrime will communicate delays proactively.
5. Pickup & Delivery
5.1 Free pickup and delivery is available within a 5 km radius of our Athgaon outlet for orders with a minimum value of ₹400. 5.2 Orders below ₹400 may be dropped off and collected directly at our store. 5.3 CleoPrime will attempt delivery at the agreed time. If no one is available to receive the order, a second attempt or alternate arrangement will be coordinated via WhatsApp/call.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Prices are as listed on our official price list and website. GST is included. 6.2 CleoPrime accepts payment via Cash, UPI, Google Pay, and PhonePe. 6.3 Full payment is due upon delivery or collection of cleaned garments. 6.4 Promotional offers (such as first-booking discounts) are subject to eligibility and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7. Liability for Damage or Loss
7.1 CleoPrime takes utmost care of all garments. However, in the rare event of damage or loss caused by our processes, our liability is limited to a maximum of 10 times the cleaning charge paid for that garment. 7.2 CleoPrime is not liable for: • Damage to fabric due to undisclosed pre-existing weakness, wear, or defects. • Colour fading or bleeding that is inherent to the fabric. • Shrinkage of fabrics not conforming to standard care label instructions. • Loss or damage due to force majeure events. 7.3 Claims for damage must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/collection. No claims will be entertained after this period.
8. Unclaimed Garments
8.1 Garments not collected within 30 days of completion will be treated as unclaimed. 8.2 CleoPrime will make reasonable attempts to notify customers via WhatsApp/call before this period. 8.3 Garments unclaimed beyond 60 days may be donated or disposed of at CleoPrime's discretion. CleoPrime will not be liable for such garments.
9. Stain Removal
9.1 While CleoPrime uses professional-grade BFA-certified chemicals, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed for all stains, particularly old, set, or unknown stains. 9.2 Stain removal outcomes will be communicated to the customer at the time of submission if a concern is noted by our team.
10. Special / Delicate Garments
10.1 Customers submitting designer wear, bridal outfits, heavily embroidered garments, leather, or suede items do so at their own risk. 10.2 CleoPrime will advise on care recommendations before processing such items. Written consent may be required for high-value garments.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the CleoPrime website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Sri Bhagwati Associates and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
12. Amendments
CleoPrime reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CleoPrime's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
